The eventual goal of this site will be to list the properties operated by Jeff & Kayde Whiteside.  We are looking at the possibility of refurbishing homes in the Fairbanks area, with the goal of renting them out in the future.

In the end, we want to be something different.  We want to make places where we’d want to live.  To do things right.  We’re not interested in being slum lords.

Once we have some content to put up here, we’ll do so.  But, for now this is just a placeholder for our future projects!
